Corporate Massage Packages 

Providing corporate wellness programmes for workplace stress management.

At Ruby Holistics we specialise in quality onsite seated massage treatments, specifically designed for the corporate environment. 

Our approach focuses on short, targeted treatments, lasting 15 minutes per client, which can be completed fully clothed.

These treatments are available Monday to Friday from 10am to 3pm and can be booked in 1-2 hourly corporate sessions.

Massage has been shown to reduce stress, improve posture and boost both productivity and the morale of your employees. It can help reduce anxiety and sharpen mental clarity, whilst creating a sense of overall well-being. Targeted treatments can also focus on problem areas for a desk based workforce, such as muscle tension in the neck and shoulders, as well as fatigue or repetitive strain in the elbows, wrists and hands. It also helps to manage and reduce pain in the upper and lower back and can provide relief from migraines and tension headaches.

We offer a range of treatments which can be tailored to suit the individual needs of your staff. The experience is designed to be smooth and efficient, with a detailed health and safety form, which can be filled out prior to appointments  and discussed before the treatment, to create a relaxing experience for your staff and ensure all individual requirements are met.

We can also offer home visits, between the hours of 5pm-7pm. This can accommodate one or two clients, and is a 25 minute, seated massage.
